A fantastic set of two antique folding bentwood chairs. Made by Thonet and is the model number B751 often called the Bauhaus chair after the Bauhaus movement. This chair dates from the 1920s. Made from beech and with a stunning embossed crocodile reptile design to the backrest. With a covered wooden seat. Stamped made in Poland to wood. Rare to find, perfect to grace any dinning table or to add soul to a modern interior.
Condition
Spits in the bentwood. Vinyl seat covering is later. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.
