A fantastic antique pair of children's books. Two lovely girls annuals that date from the 1940s. One is titled Girls' Crystal Annual' and dates from 1944, the other 'Monster Book for Girls' is dated 1949. Both are well loved and have a wondeful timeworn patina. Great colour illustriations and advertising of Bournville Cocoa to the back. A great period pair of children's books, perfect fot any collector or to read and enjoy.
Condition
Bumped corners and spine. Foxing to some pages. Shows lots of signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
