A fantastic antique wall rack. Made from English oak and dates from the 19th Century. This was probably the top of a dresser as it has groove to each shelf to display plates. With lovely small cubby holes to either side, which have a carved decorative shelf. To the top shelve is a stunning carved pelmet. The oak has a wonderful depth of colour and warm hue. A fabulous period piece, perfect to mount on the wall in a modern kitchen to add soul and character to a space.
Condition
Panelled to back. Area of damage to trim on right side. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
