A fantastic antique bowl. Made from copper and marked by the maker, Henry Loveridge & Co. Henry Loveridge had a partnership with William Shoolbred and were based in Wolverhampton in 1869. Handmade from copper with a wonderful simple design typical of the Arts and Crafts movement and dates from the end of the 19th Century. It has a fabulous patina and warm hue. It has only been lightly cleaned so it has all its original wear. It's has been used as a planter and has vertigris to the inside. Perfect as a planter or small display pot. Adding soul and character to any modern space.
Condition
Tarnishing to outside in places. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.
