A fantastic antique clock face. A salvaged piece from a Georgian grandfather clock. Dating from the late 18th or early part of the 19th Century. Signed by the Maker RR Snow of Ripon. This is Richard Snow, who was the son of clock maker William Snow who we know died in 1796. Beautifully hand painted decoration and numerals.
Can be used for display or, by adding a modern mechanism, as a unique clock. A fabulous unique period piece perfect to add soul and character to any modern space.
Condition
As found. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
