A fantastic antique shop display stand. Made from English oak with a velvet lined mushroom to the top for mounting a hat or wig. Would have been used in a shop for display of hats and other items. With elegant base, square upright and turned top. Dating from the first part of the 20th Century. A lovely period piece, perfect those in law to use as a wig rest or display a favourite hat. Adding soul and character to any modern space.
Condition
Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
