A fantastic antique basket. This HUGE willow basket was once used in a English mill factory. It has the letters 'KP' to the top and number '50' to the side. With wonderful iron chains and catch to keep locked. Wire construction and heavy cast iron wheels to base. There are lovely rope handles to either side. The basket is in sound condition and has a stunning rustic timeworn patina. A fabulous period piece, perfect to use as a log or storage basket. Perfect to incorporate into a modern interior to add soul and character to a space. 
Condition
Historical signs of woodworm which we have treated. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
