A super antique candlestick. Made from lead crystal with a silver plate collar for holding a candle. With watermark to base for Thomas Webb. Thomas Webb & Sons were established in 1837 and based in Stourbridge England. The company was know as the 'crystal king of England', due to its high quality production. This example has a large base and may have started life as an oil lamp. The lead crystal is just stunning. A fabulous period piece, perfect to add soul and character to any modern space. 
Condition
Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
