A fantastic antique tray. Made from copper with stunning repousse and engraved design to the surface. The stylised clover leaf runs around the rim of the tray together with crimped and scrolled edges. Dating from the turn of the 20th Century and stamped with the ostrich mark for the maker WMF, or Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik. The company was founded in 1880 by the merging of two Wurtemberg foundries. Foundries were purchased in Warsaw and Vienna. This stunning tray has a wonderful muted colour and warm hue.  A fabulous period piece, perfect to incorporate into a modern interior to add soul and character to a space.    
Condition
Small dent to base in several places. Signs of tarnishing. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.

All items are packed using recycled cardboard and bubble wrap. Items are sent tracked, insured and signed for. 
We do use couriers and hand deliver delicate items such as mirrors where we can and is reflected in the delivery cost.
