A lovely vintage glass pair of condiment jars with a unusual history. These was given as a gift for attending the 'Ladies' Festival' and is dated 31st October 1951. The festival was held by the Dalston Masonic Chapter (No. 3008) at the Restaurant Frascati, Oxford Street London. The lodge was consecrated in January 1904. The original leaflet for the occasion is included and has many autographs to the back.
The pair of glass pots are for jams or mustards and are a typical style of the era. With lovely printed green and gilt bands. They come complete with original box, tissue paper and compliments card. A rare piece with a fabulous history. Perfect for any collector or someone with a connection to the lodge.
Condition
As found condition. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
