A vintage hand designed studio pottery tile. This fabulous hand thrown pottery tile of a fly insect. With the most wonderful rustic design and muted colours. Impressed with the potters initials for 'JG'. Jessie Gentry (1932-2023), learnt her pottery skills in Trinidad. She was a District Commissioner of the Pointe-a Pierre region on the South-west coast of Trinidad. A prolific maker, where nature, animals and birds were a regular theme. She exhibited often and was a active member of the West Street Potters in Farnham, surrey.
We are delighted to acquire a large collection of pieces direct from Jessie's studio. This fabulous hand made tile has a wonderful texture and stylised design. A unique one off piece, perfect as a gift or to add soul and character to any modern interior.
