A lovely vintage wall cabinet. Stamped to the back with makers mark 'Remploy'. Remploy was established in 1945 to provide work for disabled and injured people after World War II. The first Remploy factory opened in Bridgend in 1946. This example dates from much later and is made from beech. It would have been used for engineering tools as it has wooden racks to each shelf. With lovely dovetail joints and glass door. To the back are brass brackets for wall mounting. A great size as a collectors cabinet or useful for added storage. Adding soul and character to any modern space.
Condition
Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
Please look at photos closely as they form part of the item description.
